What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code redirects through our service, so you can change where it points without reprinting. This is different from a static code, which encodes the destination directly.
How do I create my first QR code?
Go to the Create page, choose your code type (Website URL or WhatsApp for dynamic, or any type for static), enter your content, and download your code.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The 7-day trial costs £0.99 and lets you create up to 3 dynamic codes.
Managing Codes
How do I change where my QR code points?
Sign in to your dashboard, find the code you want to edit, and click Edit. Enter the new destination and save.
Can I pause a QR code?
Yes. Paused codes show a message to scanners instead of redirecting. This is useful if you need to temporarily disable a code.
What happens if I delete a code?
Deleted codes show a "not found" message to scanners. The short code is permanently reserved and cannot be reused.
Billing
What happens when I cancel?
Your codes keep working - they continue redirecting to their destinations. You just cannot edit them or create new ones. This is ideal if your printed codes are still in use.
What if I only had a trial?
If you cancel without paying for a subscription, your trial codes work for 30 days after the trial ends, then show an "inactive" message.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Note that refunded codes revert to trial status.
