Terms of Service

1. Service Description

QR Platform provides a QR code generation and redirect service. Dynamic QR codes redirect through our service, allowing you to change destinations after printing. Static codes are generated locally and do not use our service.

2. Pricing and Payment

The service offers a 7-day trial for £0.99, which includes up to 3 dynamic QR codes. After the trial, the subscription is £7.99 per month or £79.90 per year.

Price includes VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your QR codes continue redirecting to their destinations
• You cannot edit existing codes or create new ones
• You retain view-only access to your dashboard

Trial codes without a paid period continue working for 30 days after the trial ends, then display an inactive message.

4. Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and different from cancellation. When you delete your account:

• All your data is permanently removed
• Your QR codes stop working immediately
• This action cannot be undone

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use this service to:

• Link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Distribute malware or phishing pages
• Violate the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend codes that violate these terms.

6. Refunds

Contact us within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Note that refunded payment periods no longer qualify your codes, which may affect their redirect status.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
