What you need to know

Trial expiry

Codes created during your trial continue working for 30 days after the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, they'll show an "inactive" message after that. Subscribe to keep them working permanently.

Cancellation policy

When you cancel, your QR codes keep working. They continue redirecting to your chosen destinations indefinitely. You just can't edit them or create new ones. Resubscribe anytime to regain full access.

One trial per account

The £0.99 trial is available once per account. Returning customers start directly on the paid plan.

Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all data and stops your QR codes from working. This is different from cancelling, which keeps your codes active.

Questions?

Can I change my destination after printing?

Yes, that's the whole point! Dynamic codes redirect through our service. Change your URL or WhatsApp message in your dashboard and the same printed code points somewhere new.

What happens if I don't renew?

If you had a paid period, your codes keep working permanently - they just become read-only. If you only had a trial, codes work for 30 days after the trial ends, then show an inactive message.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices shown are what you pay. Price includes VAT where applicable.

Can I get a refund?

Contact us within 14 days if you're not satisfied. Note that refunded codes revert to trial status with the grace period.
